2. Data processed and purposes

Order fulfilment: name, e-mail, telephone number, billing and shipping address — legal basis: performance of contract; retention: 8 years pursuant to the Accounting Act.
Account: name, email, password (in encrypted form) — legal basis: contract; retained until the account is deleted.
Newsletter: e-mail address — legal basis: consent; until unsubscription.
Email statistics: our sent emails may include open- and click-tracking (tracking pixel, redirect links); we record the fact and time of opens and clicks, the mail client identifier and the IP address — legal basis: legitimate interest (measuring deliverability and correspondence quality); retention: together with the correspondence log.
Cookies: cookies necessary for the session, as well as convenience cookies based on consent.
