TB-500

TB-500 is a peptide corresponding to a synthetically produced, biologically active segment of the Thymosin Beta-4 (TB4) protein, whose core is formed by the well-known Ac-LKKTETQ amino acid motif. The TB-500 preparation from Superhuman Laboratories comes in an automatic pen (auto-pen) format: a factory-prepared, precisely calibrated presentation that, thanks to click-based dose setting, allows reproducible dosing traceable at the milligram level in laboratory protocols, without reconstitution or vial handling. This product is intended exclusively for research use. In the scientific literature, Thymosin Beta-4 and its short fragments came into research focus primarily because of their actin-binding properties: in vitro models have described the modulation of actin cytoskeleton organisation, the investigation of cell migration and differentiation, and, in endothelial cell systems, the observation of markers associated with vessel formation (angiogenesis). Preclinical, animal-model-based publications have used it as an experimental endpoint for measuring tissue remodelling, collagen deposition, inflammatory cytokine profiles and wound closure kinetics — these data can be interpreted solely within a research context and do not constitute any statement regarding human use. Every batch undergoes multi-stage analytical testing: purity determined by HPLC (≥99%) and MS-based identity confirmation, with a batch-number-traceable certificate of analysis (CoA).
